Learning Objective(s)

  • Students will be able to recognize and spell their names using crayon cutouts.

Materials Required

  • Red Cardstock

  • Yellow Cardstock

  • Blue Cardstock

  • Green Cardstock

  • Pink Cardstock

  • Purple Cardstock

  • White Cardstock

  • Black Cardstock


Other tools and materials:

  • Glue

  • Scoring Stylus or Scoring Wheel

Instructions

  • Cut all of the pieces using your Cricut machine.

  • Glue together the tabs on the yellow piece to create a pocket.

  • Glue together the name and crayons with the letters of your students name.

Assessment

  • Students will complete a name spelling worksheet where they will cut out crayon-shaped letters and arrange them to spell their names. The teacher will assess their ability to recognize and correctly arrange the letters of their names.
