Red Cardstock

Yellow Cardstock

Blue Cardstock

Green Cardstock

Pink Cardstock

Other tools and materials:

Glue
-
Scoring Stylus or Scoring Wheel
Instructions
-
Cut all of the pieces using your Cricut machine.
-
Glue together the tabs on the yellow piece to create a pocket.

Glue together the name and crayons with the letters of your students name.
Assessment
-
Students will complete a name spelling worksheet where they will cut out crayon-shaped letters and arrange them to spell their names. The teacher will assess their ability to recognize and correctly arrange the letters of their names.
